 Digital definition of

computer

Are the inputs. Output, central processing unit CPU mass storage and memory.

Type of computer

1. Super computer

2. Mainframe computer

3. Mini computer

4. Workstation computer

5. Personal computer

Super computer: it is the biggest, fastest and most expensive computer it is used in solving complex work; they are mainly use in solving mathematical calculation, weather forecasting. And it does more than a million of work continually.

Mainframe computer: it a large, fast and expensive computer capable of supporting hundred or even thousand of simultaneously.

NB: the difference between the super computer and the mainframe is that, the super computer channel allot power into executive few programs as fast as possible while the mainframe computer uses it power to execute many programs concurrently. So in the ways the mainframe are more powerful than the super computer.

Mini computer: it is small, cheap and affordable, it a multiprocessing system computer capable of supporting from up to 200 user simultaneously.

Workstation computer: it is a computer used for engineering application, desktop publishing, software development and other type of application that require a moderate amount of computing power and related graphics capabilities.

NB: in network the power station is refers to as any computer connected to a local area network ( LAN)

Personal computer: it a small relatively index pensive computer designed for an individual user.

Characteristics of computer

a. Speed

b. Accuracy

c. Diligent

d.Versatility

e.Power of remembering

f. No IQ

g. No feelings

Speed: the computer is fast in nature because it work very fast and it takes a few seconds to work that will take a human hours to do.

Accuracy: the computer is accurate in term to give proper answer as it does it’s work correctly.

Diligence: a computer is free from tiredness, lack of concentration and fatigue it can work for hours without creating any error.

Versatility: the capabilities or the ability of the computer is to perform different kind of work at any point in time.

Power of remembrance: the computer has the power to storing any amount of information or data as long as required.

NO IQ: the computer is a dumb machine and cannot do any work without instructions. So therefore it is you that will tell the computer what to do.

No feelings: it does not have feelings, emotions, knowledge.

Storages: the computer has an on built memory where it can store large amount of data.

Uses of computer

1. Education

2. Health and machine

3. Science

4. Business

5. Government

6. Sports

7. Recording of information

Top 5 best coding software in 2021   computer scientist has think of a way to make life easy by the creating a coding software that can be used by programmers to program any think like games, apps. In here tech pro is going to show you top 5 best programming software that you can use in 2021.    Type of programming language  1. The C programming language: American computer scientist Dennis Ritchie ( 1941-2011), a programmers at bell labs in the USA, release ( in 1978 ). He developed the language while working on Unix operation system. Unix was coded in assembly language, which tied it to a particular type of computer, this meant that the number of customer willing to buy it was limited Ritchie created “C” so that a new version of Unix could be made that could run on any machine.   How does it work C is an imperative programming language and doesn’t allow object- oriented or functional style of programming. C syntax, using curly braces to enclose black of ...
